Tow coupling with retaining plate for frame mounting made of high-strength aluminium with retaining plate for screwing or gluing onto the frames inside the R/C model. The release pin is made of spring steel with a thread for screwing on the fork head included in the scope of delivery or a standard ball head. The tow coupling can either be operated with the release pin included in the scope of delivery or, if required, also with a Bowden cable.
Release steps The two release steps of the tow coupling can be operated one after the other. In addition to the classical glider towing when used for example inside a show R/C model, a parachute can be dropped with the first step and a banner with the second step.
Pulling force Pulling tests have shown that the tow coupling can easily be loaded up to approx. 100 kilograms.
