The XFly Spitfire is a scale replica of this iconic fighter based on the famous Mk.IX variant, with a 1200mm wingspan and constructed using EPO foam and painted in two distinctive matte finish scale colours and livery. The large battery hatch can accommodate a 4S 2600-4000mAh LiPo battery for a wider range of flight times. The combination of a 3541-KV745 motor and a 40A brushless ESC offers plenty of power and achieves excellent thrust-to-weight ratio for a satisfying scale performance. Metal main landing gear with shock absorbing struts and efficient electric retracts deliver outstanding ground handling performance. The flap design on this model uses four panel split flaps for easier take-offs and landings, akin to its full-size counterpart. Day-bright LED wingtip lights aid in visibility and add realism.
